Tina, President |
|
A “near-native” to Florida, moving
from Chicago to Sarasota at four years old, Tina
has watched the area change from a sleepy little
beach town, to a thriving corporate & cultural
Mecca. While earning her degrees in Computer
Programming and Business Administration, Tina
feels that she learned the administrative side
of Real Estate from some of the best names in
the business. Hired by Diane Lyons, as the Administrative
Assistant at the offices of Peter Laughlin,
“The King of Luxury Homes”, Tina
served area top-producers such as Maria Beck,
Marianne LeBar & Claudia Meyer. Tina took
from this position a belief that “vision”
is everything, along with an acute sense of
integrity and a desire to aid Real Estate Agents
area wide. Tina brings to Innovative Agent Services
her degrees, a strong sense of leadership, and the belief
that a “Can-Do” attitude is really
all it takes.
Tina’s strong sense of family has her
focusing all spare time on her husband, James
& their two children, a 19 year old
college student & co-worker at IAS, Elizabeth
and 8 year old 3rd grader

As a Sarasota native as well, Cassy has had
the pleasure of enjoying Sarasota and all it
has to offer. She too, has seen the
remarkable changes Sarasota has undergone.
One thing she doesn’t think has changed
is that this is an extraordinary community to
grow up in. Cassy brings knowledge and
professionalism, efficient office and computer
skills, and the understanding that in all things
"Real Estate"...time is of the
essence. Her education, experience, and
most of all, her dedication have proven her to
be indispensable to the smooth running of our
Direct Mail Department.
Cassy, her husband Gil, and their two
children, Dillon and Shy Anne, love to camp,
fish, and enjoy everything Florida has to offer.

Hylda Fenton, Director of Operations |

| Hylda, a
military "brat" whose travels took her
from Maryland, to Spain, and to Japan, finally
joined the rest of the Florida "migrators"
in 1989. Along with three year's experience
with the Sarasota County Property Appraiser, Hylda
brings extensive experience in administrative
support, banking, and management. We
consider her the heart of IAS. She has
access to every hat worn here. She is
well-versed when it comes to the operations of
this company and what she does not know, you can
bet she will find the answer!
When Hylda is not putting out fires here, she
is in school for a degree in Information
Technology, writing poetry, and caring for her
karate enthusiast/ high school daughter, Alyssa. |

Elizabeth Reynolds Darling, Broadcast Email

| Elizabeth,
a graduate of Riverview High School, was born in
Sioux Falls, SD. She left the Dakotas at the
age of six weeks and has been a Floridian ever
since. The apple of her mother's eye - yes,
our illustrious owner, Tina's daughter - Elizabeth
is the one who keeps your email proofs coming,
keeps the schedule full, and makes all of your
changes with creativity and a smile.
Aside from the time spent here, she is an avid
softball player and a full-time student at Manatee
Community College, striving to earn her business
degree. |

Kristina Benefield, Assistant Mail Coordinator |

| Originally
from Phenix City, Alabama, Kristina moved to
Sarasota in 2000. She graduated from
Riverview High School in 2006 and this is her
first full time job out of school. We are
amazed at how quickly she has caught on to the
hectic world of Direct Mail. Kristina adds
humor and hard work to our growing company and is
most certainly a welcomed addition.

Crystal Adkins, Director of Broadcast Emails |

The
newest member of the team, originally born in
Evansville, Indiana, Crystal came to Sarasota with
her family in 1984.
The rapidly growing community has been her
passion ever since.
She graduated from Florida Southern College
in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Elementary
Education/SLD; however, quickly realized she
wanted to work in real estate. She began her career at Michael Saunders & Company
shortly after graduation and has not looked back.
As the newest member of the I.A.S. team,
she brings with her tons of experience in
administrative support from the top luxury real
estate firms and associates.
Crystal, as a new home owner has recently been
enjoying working on “new home projects” such
as remodeling the kitchen and painting every room
of the house a different color. When not working, she loves vacationing with boyfriend, Pete,
and spending time with her friends and family. |
