Memo to Florida Local Chapters: State Sponsorship Incentive
Program
At the August 2011 FR/WCR Conference in Orlando, the Ways &
Means Committee came up with an idea to help the Florida
State Chapter get more Sponsors and help the Local Chapters
fill their coffers at the same time.
It's an idea so simple, yet so powerful and empowering, it's
a wonder we didn't think of it before - "an Incentive
Program."
The Incentive Program would rebate 10% of the sponsorship
level back to the Local Chapter that secures a Bronze
Sponsor; 10% rebate to to the Local Chapter that secures a Silver or
Gold State Sponsor, plus 1 banquet ticket to either the
Awards or Installation events of the sponsorship year to the
WCR Member who helped secure that Sponsor. At the Platinum
Level, in addition to the 10% back to the Local Chapter
responsible for the Sponsor, 2 banquet tickets to the Awards
or Installation events of the sponsorship year would be
awarded to the WCR Member responsible. In addition, at the
State Awards and State Officer Installation Banquets of the
sponsorship year, recognition would be given to the Member
who secured the most sponsors and to the Member who got the
most sponsorship money; Recognition and a Reserved Table
would be allotted to the Local Chapter who secured the most
sponsors and to the Local Chapter who secured the most
sponsorship money.

sponsors/most money)

Platinum = $500 back to Local Chapter, 2 Banquet
Tickets to Member; (Recognition/Reserved Table for most
sponsors/most money)
This is a Win-Win for the State and Local Chapters, as well
as the Sponsors. Everyone will benefit from the procurement
of State Sponsors, especially the Sponsors, as they will be
able to do more business due to their association with our
State and Local Chapters!
